940

Full-size dashboard mounting set for installing a Sony XAV-AX5500 2-DIN head unit in the Volvo 940 dashboard. The set includes the main radio frame, a magnet-attached glare hood, and a locking piece for rear retention. The hood requires four 8 × 2 mm rare-earth magnets and may interfere with head units whose dimensions extend into the double-DIN opening. Use a cabin-temperature-capable material, and verify the dash opening, mounting holes, fastener engagement, magnet polarity, head-unit clearances, and retention before installation.

Print in ABS, ASA, or another heat-resistant material rather than PLA because of hot vehicle interiors; verify fit, hardware retention, and latch operation on the specific armrest before use.
