C40 First generation

Replacement glovebox bag hook for Volvo XC40 first-generation and C40 first-generation gloveboxes. The hook clips into the glovebox hanger location for hanging a small bag. Two printable variants are included: a plain hook and a Polestar-logo hook. Compare the retaining interface with the original, confirm engagement and clearance, and verify secure retention and load suitability before use. The design notes a 2 kg test load for the logo variant printed with three walls and 20% infill, but load performance is not guaranteed.

Full-size functional phone dock for the Volvo C40 and XC40 Recharge center-console ashtray cubby, between the wireless charger and shifter. The creator describes no-drill installation and removal, a viewable phone angle, Lightning or USB-C cable routing, and non-slip pads to secure the dock in the cubby and retain the phone. The design was sized around an iPhone 11 Pro with a thin case; thicker cases may fit tightly. The source omits a print-material recommendation, so PETG or ABS is engineering-inferred for cabin use. Verify phone/case/plug fit, retention, cable routing, clearances, and unobstructed controls before driving. CC BY-NC attribution and noncommercial restrictions apply.
