About this part

Two alternatives for the small centre-console accessory opening: a plain blank and a USB insert. The creator reports exact fit on this generation. BMWFans and RealOEM identify the original plain plug as 51168400712, introduced January 1996; dry-fit before installing any connector and keep wiring fused and clear of controls.
