Console Phone-Holder Adapter

Remix of RomainCNC's magnetic phone-holder base for the central console, adding a ball for swivel holders. V1 has a 16 mm ball and V2 a 16.5 mm ball. The creator specifies ABS because PLA can deform in a sun-heated car.
