Dashboard Air-Vent Lever Repair

In my BMW E91 were the Air Vent Levers missing. The original replacements cost a fortune, so i designed some by myself. Print them with PETG or similar. I recommend to print the fork with hinge part. Use the Fork and the Lock File only if you want to print them separately. For the stripe you may want to change the color, so i made it one part for manual color change by a certain height and two parts for MMU printing. You should add a raft under the Leverpart for better bed adhesion on the very small parts lying on the bed. Print them in the provided orientation Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.
