Replacement lower glovebox hinge reproduced from the intact hinge in an E34 and physically installed. It substitutes an M6 screw and nut for the original locking lever; two hinges are used per glovebox. Tighten only enough for free movement and confirm the door latches without stressing the glovebox shell.
