Floor-Mat Retaining Fastener

Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. For now tests are held only in V1 version. Version 1: - Design created. Printed with CURA supports Version 2: - Added supports included in file. Gap is 0.15mm - Redesign of top part "head" - Added washer BMW part number (exemplary) 51478116564 51478183027 51478183028 51478183029 51471881521 Only the creator-tested V1 fastener is retained; the untested V2 washer and supported variant are excluded. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.
