Floor Mat Retention Clip

Got tired of the Velcro pads failing constantly, forcing me to adjust the floor mats every damn time I got in the car. This is my solution. Printing: Small part, so go 100% infill @ .2 or smaller Button face down Organic supports on crossmember PETG pref Install: Remove existing Velcro pads. Align floor mats. Eyeball orientation and location of vertical slot through carpet. Large swiss army knife blade is more or less perfect height. Cut a vertical slit through the carpet into corresponding chassis slot. Pass clip through carpet, into retention slot, and use a nickle/quarter to lock the clip into place. vroom vroom. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.
