Rear-Hatch Adjustment Stop

Four-piece adjustable rear-hatch stop with a flexible buffer, modeled and trial-fitted on a 2020 120Ah vehicle to eliminate play and rattling at the closed hatch. It recreates the function of BMW adjustment element 51247361955, originally used on earlier cars, for later LCI vehicles whose lock-integrated rubber has worn. Print two assemblies as the creator specifies, use TPU for the buffer and heat-resistant rigid material for the body, screw and nut, then adjust symmetrically without preloading or misaligning the hatch.
