Rear Sunshade Vent and Handle Repair

Four-part repair for the breakable sunshade vent/handle assembly in a W212, described by the creator as installed and tested in their car. The top and bottom handle pieces are joined with M2 screws; the creator later found the lower vent piece alone easier to install and recommends a higher-temperature material despite successful PLA use. Compare the broken assembly, use cabin-heat-resistant material, avoid over-tightening screws, and verify free shade and vent movement.
