Print a cheap replacement for OEM E46 sun visor clips. I recommend printing at 100% infill to prevent splitting at layers when installed. I had good success with a 98A TPU filament at 100% infill with supports on. Just give extra support spacing with TPU and use a torch after to lightly clean up any strings. Wouldn't recommend PLA due to the high temperature that the inside of vehicles can see during the summer heat. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.
