Sun-Visor Hinge Set

Replacement hinge set for both sun visors, developed from a 2003 car and explicitly stated by the creator for 1998–2004 SLK 230, SLK 320 and SLK 32 AMG models. Source photographs show the visor, original and printed hinges loose, and the completed visor installed. The creator used carbon-fibre HTPLA with 2 mm walls, 30% gyroid infill, supports and post-print annealing. Treat the supplied end-hinge files and combined hinge file as a set, compare every original piece, use tough cabin-heat-resistant material, smooth pivot surfaces and verify each visor holds securely without obstructing vision.
