This model replaces the chrome cap of the BMW coupe E92 extender arm with a hook that grabs the seatbelt successfully much more often than the original design. Designed to be a near perfect fit with the OEM shape. I recommend printing in ASA or ABS for the high temperatures in a car. The OEM piece easily comes off with a pry tool, then you can attach the 3d printed models with a strong double sided adhesive ( Confirm normal seat, belt and presenter movement and keep the printed part outside the restraint load path.

Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. The dashboard panel around the start button in my e92 began falling off due to a failed clip. I left it like this for quite awhile then the passenger door wood panel also fell off so I decided to design both clips to replace the broken ones as they cost more money than im willing to pay for original and aem ones dont last one use. I printed them with support on their sides so the opening is going up and down as this doesnt rely on layer adhesion for strength.
