C3D–01293This is a centering tool designed for the precise installation of a SAC clutch disc between the flywheel and the pressure plate on a BMW E90 from the year 2011. Due to its adaptable design, the tool may also be compatible with models from earlier or later production years. To assist with model adjustments or integration, a STEP file of the tool has been provided. The tool was 3D printed using PLA+. Standard PLA should also be sufficient, as the component is not subjected to significant mechanical stress during use. After successfully mounting the preloaded SAC pressure plate, the centering tool must be removed before installing the transmission. This can be done by pulling it out using a screw or a pair of pliers. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

C3D–01290I added a 29mm cigarette lighter hole and a bmw logo on top of Fix3D:s model. You should probably use the original model's slicer settings. I used mostly default settings and the print could have come out better:) The bottoms of the holes are pretty thin and the other one broke on me while removing from the print bed, so I printed some BMW coasters with a diameter of 65mm and put them in the holes to hold the drinks. C3D–01287A friend of mine has an E90 and lost the clips that hold the (rear) window shades in, he was looking everywhere for them and couldn't find any at a reasonable price so I had a crack and modelling and printing them for him. They're pretty close to the original design and have similar properties when printed with PETG. I thought I'd share the model in case anyone else is also struggling to find them. If you encounter any issues let me know and I'll tweak the design for you. I'm unsure of their BMW part number, but the sun shade is 51462359741 . Two models are included to fit the courtesy-light unit; the creator used the larger version. For the electrical connection, the creator used the female side of an electronics pin header at the lamp and soldered positive and negative wires to the male side, insulating the joints with heat-shrink tubing. C3D–01282This is clutch alignment tool for BMW self-adjusting clutch. I used it on 2007 BMW E93 with M57 engine, but it could be used on other BMWs with SAC. You will need M6 bolt to use this tool. I print it with 50% infill using PETG, but PLA should work just fine, as you shouldn’t need much force to pull the tool out if you installed and torqued everything correctly. It has been printed on Prusa MK3S printer. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

For fitment insert widest plastic tap to top and tap/hammer upwards. Then support the plastic of car from behind and push/hammer in. Push down to seat and stop it falling out. C3D–01268BMW Toolkit screwdriver. I designed this for E90 toolkit, as they stopped supplying these in the trunk after E46's. I spent ~$10 for a Phillips/flathead screwdriver from an online OEM supplier. This vehicle uses solely Torx fasteners, so a Phillips/flathead does me no good. This design allows you to use an off the shelf 2" long 1/4" bit extender. Then you can add whatever bit you'd like. Such as any size Torx bit, any size Phillips, or a flathead. It doesn't quite fit in the toolkit, some trimming would be required as the extender is thicker than the stock neck. However it will fit nicely, and the trimming is easy. The extender is a friction fit, but using an 0.2[mm] nozzle, it is TIGHT. It is also worth noting that this screwdriver has a 10mm box wrench on the bottom, and an 8mm box wrench on the top, but you have to remove the extender to use that one.
