C3D–024212024/01/12 - Update. The resin printed part became brittle and unfortunately broke after almost a year of use. Perhaps a ‘thicker’ version or different resin would hold up longer. 2023/01/28 Replacement brackets to hold heater instrument control in place. Contains direct replacement for out-of-production parts 66201FC020 and 66201FC020. I needed this part to convert to double-din console, European Subaru dealer couldn't order this part anymore. Original part is 1mm thick, recreated part is 2mm thick due to needed sturdiness and fits fine, without spacing. Print in resin or be wary of print direction and warping temperatures for inside of car. Double holes should be on top: 66201FC020 is left hand side (LH) 66201FC030 is right hand side (RH) Installation Advice: Insert into center sidewall first, since these are blind screws otherwise. Screw and bracket need to be fit tightly, otherwise heater control panel will move forward slightly creating a gap with the panel. Insert center console back into dash. Move heater instrument in place and screw in place Place dash front panel and click in place Put gear shift panel in back place Put handbrake panel back in place

C3D–02418This is a printable replacement for a Subaru Impreza hood support rod end cap - or whatever you want to call the plastic part that fits into the hood slot when the rod is raised. This piece (white piece in picture) broke on our 2016 Impreza and Subaru seems to only sell the entire rod, not just the cap piece, so I decided to take a whack at modeling and printing a new one. I'm new to Fusion 360, so it took a few tries, but this one is working nicely for me. I'm not sure which other Subaru models/years this would work for, but there's not really much to it, so if it looks like the part in the picture, you can give it a shot! The part is pretty close to the original, though I did beef it up a bit in the area where the original one broke. I also set infill at 50% which might be overkill, but it seemed better to overbuild. You'll need to print with supports, and be sure to have your xacto handy to do some somewhat fiddly cleanup. I printed this using Prusament Galaxy Black PLA, mainly because it's all I have on hand, but let's face it, the engine compartment of a Subaru Impreza could use a little glittery bling, right?

C3D–02413I had a first world problem: My oversized water bottle wouldn't fit in my new car cup holder. This is my solution. Print this in PETG, ABS or something with a high glass transition temperature or it WILL melt. Hope this is useful to somebody.

C3D–02395My wife drives a Subaru Impreza and her passenger sun visor broke one day. Turns out a plastic connector piece broke roughly in half. Unfortunately you can't buy just the one piece that broke, you have to spend $90 to buy a whole new visor! So to save a little money I figured I'd design a replacement part. This is specifically for a 2017 Subaru Impreza Premium Sport Hatchback. It is only for the passenger side visor, but I imagine that a mirrored version would work on the driver side visor. I have included both the Fusion360 archive and a generated STEP file so that this can easily be remixed. Apologies in advance if remixing my design is a pain, I'm still relatively new to 3D CAD and this is the most complex thing I've designed so far.

C3D–02392This is a an adapter to mount a Yakima Ski Rack to my 2018 Subaru Impreza Stock Crossbars. Did not like the expensive adapters Yakima sells, they didn't seem as secure nor as stable. Print four of these in total, two for each rack. These adapters can snap over the crossbars and be slid into place. When the ski rack is tightened, the mounts grip and do not slide. I printed these in PETG. I did not strength test these, but have not had any problems driving at highway and interstate speeds. Will update with any problems. Might work with Subaru Crosstrek as well, since a lot of parts are interchangeable.

C3D–02388This thing is a replacement part for 3rd gen Subaru Impreza cup holders. It may fit other Subaru models from that same period. It helps center a standard diameter beverage can in the cup holder so it doesn't slide around. It also collects condensation and leaked drink. It probably could use an extruded honeycomb pattern to give liquid a place to run off to...

C3D–02382I made this visor clip for as a replacement for a broken one. It fits a 1993 subaru impreza so it should work on a 93-99 impreza. Works great but the shape is slightly different from the oem part as mine was broken.
