This model replaces the chrome cap of the BMW coupe E92 extender arm with a hook that grabs the seatbelt successfully much more often than the original design. Designed to be a near perfect fit with the OEM shape. I recommend printing in ASA or ABS for the high temperatures in a car. The OEM piece easily comes off with a pry tool, then you can attach the 3d printed models with a strong double sided adhesive ( Confirm normal seat, belt and presenter movement and keep the printed part outside the restraint load path.

This is a centering tool designed for the precise installation of a SAC clutch disc between the flywheel and the pressure plate on a BMW E90 from the year 2011. Due to its adaptable design, the tool may also be compatible with models from earlier or later production years. To assist with model adjustments or integration, a STEP file of the tool has been provided. The tool was 3D printed using PLA+. Standard PLA should also be sufficient, as the component is not subjected to significant mechanical stress during use. After successfully mounting the preloaded SAC pressure plate, the centering tool must be removed before installing the transmission. This can be done by pulling it out using a screw or a pair of pliers. I added a 29mm cigarette lighter hole and a bmw logo on top of Fix3D:s model. You should probably use the original model's slicer settings. I used mostly default settings and the print could have come out better:) The bottoms of the holes are pretty thin and the other one broke on me while removing from the print bed, so I printed some BMW coasters with a diameter of 65mm and put them in the holes to hold the drinks. Just a replacement washer fluid reservoir cap for a BMW E92. Insert included if you would like to print in a contrasting colour. Recommend printing upside-down, flat on the print surface. A friend of mine has an E90 and lost the clips that hold the (rear) window shades in, he was looking everywhere for them and couldn't find any at a reasonable price so I had a crack and modelling and printing them for him. They're pretty close to the original design and have similar properties when printed with PETG. I thought I'd share the model in case anyone else is also struggling to find them. If you encounter any issues let me know and I'll tweak the design for you. I'm unsure of their BMW part number, but the sun shade is 51462359741 . This is clutch alignment tool for BMW self-adjusting clutch. I used it on 2007 BMW E93 with M57 engine, but it could be used on other BMWs with SAC. You will need M6 bolt to use this tool. I print it with 50% infill using PETG, but PLA should work just fine, as you shouldn’t need much force to pull the tool out if you installed and torqued everything correctly. The dashboard panel around the start button in my e92 began falling off due to a failed clip. I left it like this for quite awhile then the passenger door wood panel also fell off so I decided to design both clips to replace the broken ones as they cost more money than im willing to pay for original and aem ones dont last one use. I printed them with support on their sides so the opening is going up and down as this doesnt rely on layer adhesion for strength. This is a cover to replace the 12v point in the boot/trunk of an E91 ( check for other models similar) with a blank plate. For fitment insert widest plastic tap to top and tap/hammer upwards. Then support the plastic of car from behind and push/hammer in. Push down to seat and stop it falling out. Cleaning up of carpet and plastic edge of hole may be required. This is a nice update for us with older E90 BMW's This will allow you to mount a universal Inbay wireless charger. This seems to work well and looks like a factory addition. It will take place of the front pocket in the console or the ashtray if it was equipped. This bracket will mount directly inplace of the old insert. Powering up the device: I did not have the ashtray so I was able to wire this into the power of the usb in th back of the console. you can access this easily by removing the rear vent panel. you can also pull out the plastic rear vent tubing with a little force to more room. You will tap into the Brown/ Ground and the Red/ +12V going to the usb in the rear console.
