Replacement square cover plug for the screw near the door armrest on BMW E65/E66-family door trim. The creator shows both a loose printed/reference comparison and the installed cover in an E65 door, and describes the geometry as an exact OEM-cover copy. The photographed part is the dark-silver trim variant corresponding to BMW 51417025647; verify color, 24 mm square footprint, door position, production date and VIN before printing because black, flannel-grey, beige and other door-trim cap variants also exist. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and test the retaining legs gently before final installation.

Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. Four-part left/right repair-clip set for broken retaining features on BMW E38 interior decorative trim strips. The creator physically demonstrates both clip styles against the back of the trim and advises removing the failed feature, test-fitting, and bonding the replacement; the smaller style was designed for the front strips and may need additional adhesive clearance on rear strips. These are repair geometries rather than separately cataloged BMW components, so no parent trim-strip number is assigned. Left and right body-side angle covers for the adjustable/split rear-seat configuration of the BMW E32, physically shown loose and installed by the creator. The paired files reproduce the cataloged left/right covers in black, crimson, silver gray, light silver gray, ultramarine and parchment variants; exact color must be selected or finished to match the vehicle. Installation uses expanding rivet 61131382239, but that separate fastener is not assigned as an OEM number for the printed covers.

Replacement adhesive-backed mounting tab for an E32 center-console ashtray after the original molded console tabs break. The creator documented the repair on a November 1990 730i: print two tabs, transfer the original clip nuts, bond the tabs inside the console and reinstall the ashtray. This is repair geometry rather than a cataloged BMW component, so no parent ashtray or console number is assigned. Confirm adhesive compatibility and full ashtray clearance before refitting the HVAC panel.

Replacement windshield support/adjuster for the BMW E32, shown physically installed by the creator while fitting glass. BMW catalogs identify the exact original component as support 51311948155, produced from June 1986 across E32 730i/730iL, 735i/735iL, 740i/740iL and 750i/750iL applications in LHD and RHD markets. Compare the body channel and original support before use, and leave final glass positioning and bonding to a qualified installer.
