Forester Second generation (SG)

Vented rear cap for the headlight housing on 2006-2008 Subaru Forester SG facelift applications. It provides extended clearance for H1-size aftermarket LED low-beam bulbs with rear cooling fans, vented louvers for airflow, and an external wire slot for the voltage-box lead. The same cap fits both sides; reuse the stock O-ring and print a pair. Full waterproofing is not guaranteed, so verify bulb tail depth, cap-tab engagement, clearances, and sealing before installation. Print in ASA or another heat- and UV-resistant automotive material.

Four-piece flush-mount auxiliary-light housing and retainer kit for the front bumper fog-light openings of 2006–2008 Forester Sports (SG facelift) vehicles. The kit comprises left and right housings plus left and right retainers, accepts a compatible small pod using a single through-bolt bracket, and allows vertical and horizontal beam aiming. Includes the printed housings and retainers; light pods, relay, switch, connectors, heat-set inserts, and fasteners are separate. Verify pod dimensions, wiring, clearances, weather sealing, print strength, and local lighting regulations before installation.

Full-size dashboard storage cubby insert for the SG facelift dashboard opening, with an integrated opening for a separately sourced USB connector. It provides enclosed storage and clip-in mounting geometry; the USB hardware is not included. Fits the facelift variant within generation 1214; verify dashboard trim, connector dimensions, clearances, and secure retention before installation. PETG or ABS is recommended for cabin heat resistance.

Replacement cap for the rear center armrest/backrest interface. It has an internal keyed opening and retaining features, installs in the correct orientation, and restores the cap location on the 2001–2008 Forester applications represented by the live catalog generations. Secure with suitable adhesive if needed. Use a heat-resistant material appropriate for a vehicle interior; ASA is the source recommendation.

Flexible replacement grommet that retains the hood support rod at the front hood mounting point. Verified applications include the listed Impreza, Legacy, Outback, Forester, and Baja generation IDs; compare the original opening and rod diameter before installation. TPU is the intended material, and this work-in-progress design should be inspected for secure retention before vehicle use.

Lost one of my screw head covers from the door release handle of my Subaru Forest (2004). Designed this to replace, fits well, if needed use a lighter etc to soften the prongs and gently tease outwards slightly to get a better fit (secure clip). Be careful as they are delicate. Print a few at a time to give yourself spares, and also keep the print head moving allowing the tiny clips to cool between layers. Print in ABS (might be ok in PLA, just be super careful with the prongs!)

Fits LHD Subaru Forester SF/SG ....make sure your dash matches the one pictured. Includes 52mm and 60mm variant. No hardware or anything required. Just remove the factory dash vent carefully and this will clip in place just like the factory part. Also has a small routing hole to run wires. The vent still functions....just not as good lol.

To get stability in the middle bottom area, you should bend a sheet metal strip by 90° and fix it in the direction of the rear bumper. take TPU, ABS are not durability
