Replacement upper hook bonded to the rear seat-back trim shell. The creator modeled it from a 3D scan of the original F16 component, physically compared the printed replacement with the original, and later corrected the upper section for proper attachment. Mirror the supplied file for the opposite side. Use a heat-resistant, tough cabin-suitable material, verify the hook orientation and seat-back shell geometry before bonding, and keep adhesive and the printed part clear of seat latches, belts, airbags and folding mechanisms.

Four one-piece tray variants for fitting one or two Baseus Simple Mini3 15 W wireless chargers in the 2023 X1 center-console shelf: full and short versions for either a single charger or a pair. The creator dimensioned the tray to the vehicle, physically printed it in PETG and 85A TPU, shows installed trays with phones, and reports testing with multiple iPhone 6.1-inch and Galaxy S models. Chargers insert from below and their cables route to the right-side USB-C ports. This is aftermarket accessory geometry, so no console or charging-module parent number is assigned. Do not use PLA; confirm cable strain relief, charging temperature, phone retention and unobstructed controls before driving.

Replacement square cover plug for the screw near the door armrest on BMW E65/E66-family door trim. The creator shows both a loose printed/reference comparison and the installed cover in an E65 door, and describes the geometry as an exact OEM-cover copy. The photographed part is the dark-silver trim variant corresponding to BMW 51417025647; verify color, 24 mm square footprint, door position, production date and VIN before printing because black, flannel-grey, beige and other door-trim cap variants also exist. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and test the retaining legs gently before final installation.

Storage-tray set for the center-console recess in BMW E60 and E61 models. Variants include a blank tray for customization, the creator’s everyday layout, a three-coin layout, and a tray for a Hörmann HS M 2/4 garage-door remote with an additional small compartment. The creator reports that the tray fits the existing console recess well. The demonstrated print used Fiberlogy Impact PLA; PETG is also suitable, while ordinary PLA is not recommended for vehicle-cabin temperatures. the bmw e60 vents were very floppy and i went to see what was wrong and some how that small piece in my vent was the whole reason my vents wernt standing straight and working i found one of them so i could design these pieces 1-1 as the original i printed this in bambu black carbon fibre fillament Measured one-to-one from the original clip to restore a loose rear center vent. This part is a small storage cubby for use in place of the broken center console ash tray for BMW E39. The bottom clip of the ash tray holder is commonly broken on E39 models and cannot be fixed without replacing with a working center console trim piece, which can be hard to find in good condition. The part includes a cutout for the illumination strip so the cubby is illuminated at night. Fitment is very tight to avoid the use of adhesives. Carefully press in with a bit of force and it will fit as shown in the photos. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Very basic blanking plate for the E39 BMW 5 Series rear cup holder. The rear cup holder in my E39 BMW has never closed properly and never clipped in properly and EVERY time someone sits in the rear seat it gets kicked. Odd design by BMW as the cup holder keeps the rear air vents in place so when the cup holder falls out so does the air vent. Printed in blue for prototyping! Second design with holes for 2 USB chargers or cigarette lighter sockets. I used the ones with rubber covers from banggood. The clips are very crude. They need a better design as this panel does not like being removed. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. BMW number 61611370387 is the black covering cap, used on the passenger side of LHD cars and driver side of RHD cars in the creator's application; confirm side, arm style and production date by VIN.

Replacement center retaining clip for the sun visor of a BMW E12 520. The creator physically fitted the part and recommends PETG, ASA, ABS or another cabin-heat-resistant material; PLA can deform in summer. BMW catalogs identify the equivalent ivory holder as 51161870863, superseding 51161820684; the photographed black print is a user-selected reproduction color, not an OEM color claim. Production date and trim variants can differ, so compare the two-hole base and visor-rod diameter before fitting.

Vent support for a Quad Lock phone interface, physically demonstrated on the right-hand-drive driver's-side center vent shared by the creator-listed BMW F30, F31 and F32. Fitment is limited to those bodies and RHD placement; F33/F36 and LHD fitment are not inferred. Replacement clip and glue-in double-stud repair for broken F33 Convertible roof-frame moulding retainers, designed on and physically demonstrated with a 435i F33. The BMW clip file corresponds to superseded 51 76 7 162 587, now 51 76 5 A71 150; the custom glue-in double stud is not separately serviced and no moulding assembly number is assigned. Use heat- and UV-resistant material plus high-strength compatible adhesive, follow the creator's hook orientation, and verify full roof travel, strip retention, drainage and sealing before driving.

Replacement outer fuel-filter clip designed for a 2015 F30 328d and reported by the creator to have remained installed for more than a year. Use the specified material, inspect layer adhesion and fit, and stop if the part interferes with safe service or pedal operation.

Adjusted the model for it to fit perfectly without cutting imporant parts of the car. Only thing to remove is the bracket where the electrical conntection for the ashtray connects to. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Socket for removing oil filter from BMW N52 engine. Adapts to 32mm 6 or 12-point socket. Likely works on other BMW engines as well - I just don't know which ones. I printed out of PETG and had no issues. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

Replacement oil-sump drain-plug access cover for E46 and Z4 E85/E86 undertrays. The creator corrected the screw-hole location and removed reinforcement that caused the physical print to warp. Use an underbody-rated material and verify screw retention, exhaust clearance and complete undertray seating.

We did 6 different version to get it in the angle that it faces the driver. We had a tight fit so it did not need any mounting to the dash, but maybe some glue or other adhesive wouldn't hurt. Printed flat down on the surface, with ABS+ to resist the summer heat in the car. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.
