The creator tested the same interface on an R53 MINI and identified BMW screw cap 16116762417; BMW catalog cross-reference independently confirms that cap across the listed BMW chassis. The printed wrench is not the screw cap itself, so no OEM number is assigned. Use a stiff engineering polymer, hand tools only, and replace rather than reuse any visibly damaged print.

Washer-fluid filling funnel for BMW G30 and G31 models and potentially other 5 Series or 7 Series vehicles using the same filler neck. The documented source gallery shows the funnel installed in a G30/G31 filler neck, so only those directly verified generations are linked here. Print in PETG with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Keep the funnel clean, remove it after filling, reinstall the original cap fully, and wipe away spills before driving.

3 pin tool for rewinding rear BMW brakes. I designed the tool to work with a G30, but I think it will work with other BMWs models. The tool is reversable and allows you to either use the triangular pattern for best fit, or the head of the screws. Note: Do not attempt to use without screws installed, it will just shear off the triangular pieces. The design uses #8 x 32 x 1/2" allen head cap screws. For printer settings, beef up the perimeter to 8 and use 50% triangle infill for added strength. Basic PLA did the job. I used the tool successfully to complete a brake job, and redesigned it to improve strength and fit. Simply use a 3/8 ratchet and short extension, then turn clockwise and apply downward pressure. Depending on how tight your calipers are you may only get one use from these, but for a DIY job it works without buying any special tools to compress the caliper. This creator-designed three-pin adapter was successfully used on a G30 rear brake and then strengthened. Install all three specified #8-32 cap screws before use; use a 3/8-inch ratchet and short extension, turn clockwise with controlled downward pressure, inspect the print continuously, and discard it at the first sign of cracking or deformation. Follow the applicable BMW repair procedure and independently support the vehicle; this printed service aid is not an OEM tool.

This fits a BMW F11 and maybe also other BMW cars from around 2015. If the old cable brakes, this is a replacement of the ring at the cap and the cable. The original ring has to be removed from the fuel cap. Be careful not to brake anything else then the turning ring. Use side cutting pliers or a similar tool. The put the new ring onto the fuel cap. If the ring does not fit you can also adjust the width in the attached model and re-export. I used TPU 95 for the print. Nozzle diameter can be 0.25 - 0.4, all work. I printed with supports but this leaves a rough finish. This also leads to the fact, that the ring does not slide as good as the original one. But overall it works. Don't forget to like if you like. Creator reports the TPU replacement fits and works on an approximately 2015 F11, while noting rough support surfaces can make the ring slide less freely. The editable FreeCAD source is retained for measured adjustment. Do not force the ring or damage the fuel cap. This is a replacement part for the BMW 5 Series Touring (F11). It is the sliding clip ("leash" or "dog") located in the D-pillar track that automatically raises and lowers the rear cargo blind (luggage cover) when the trunk is opened. It is crucial for the automatic retraction of the luggage cover. 2. LEFT vs RIGHT Side: The uploaded file is for the LEFT side. If you need the RIGHT side, simply use the "Mirror" function (along X-axis) in your slicer software. 3. MATERIAL RECOMMENDATION: Because this part moves in a track and bears weight, I strongly recommend printing with NYLON (PA). - Nylon provides the necessary low friction and high durability. - ABS/ASA might work but will wear out faster. - PLA is NOT recommended. 4. Since I lost two of my backseats isofix covers, I redraw them. Maybe someone else need them as well. I printed them with a 0,2mm nozzle, fuzzy skin at the frontside (strenght 0,04mm / distance 0,1mm), and forced support for the first layers…. The creator measured lost F10/F11 rear-seat covers and provides physical comparisons with the original. This is a cosmetic access cover only; confirm the ISOFIX anchorage remains fully accessible and unmodified. This is a usb adapter designed to replace the cigarette lighter in a BMW F07 car. If you have a android head unit it will fit perfectly with the usb port provided. You'll have to remove the central console to have your cable passing through and remove the existing cigarette lighter. A simple rilsan belt will keep it in place. I printed it textured to avoid finger marks. It is very convenient to plug my controller and play games during lunchtime :-) or just plug any thumbstick Designed and used in an F07 with an aftermarket Android head unit. The two source variants share the same envelope but differ internally. Installation requires console removal and replaces the existing 12-volt socket; disconnect power and verify connector retention and insulation. It works and fits, but it is sturdier than the original and if you want extra sturdiness, then make it even thicker, because there is still more place for that part. Print the pin as a separate part and glue it together. it will look better, save you time and work better. Please do not re-upload STL or any other mesh version of this project. Tool-free front cup holder for BMW E60 and E61 models without the factory front cup holders. It avoids replacing or modifying the dashboard and is compatible with manual-transmission cars. The creator developed four prototypes over three weeks. The model is configured with three perimeters and three top and bottom layers and is sized for 500 ml cans. The test piece was printed in PLA, so do not place hot drinks in it. Taller occupants should check knee clearance because contact can push the storage compartment inward. My Driver side tab cracked in half. It would be a party when on the highway/ move excessively on bumps. Mirror it for the driver side !! PRINT WITH SUPPORTS !! There's a hidden pocket in the tab, you wont see the supports but it will make it print. Creator installed the repair after a cracked driver-side tab caused lamp movement; mirror the right-side geometry for the opposite side and verify beam aim after installation. Hey Guys, i made this Center Console Compartment for my BMW E61. I made it because i had a Phone Holder in my center console which i never used. So i decided to get it out and print myselfe a Compartment. Now i can store more things in my Center Console. I cuted the thing into two parts so you can print it easy. the bmw e60 vents were very floppy and i went to see what was wrong and some how that small piece in my vent was the whole reason my vents wernt standing straight and working i found one of them so i could design these pieces 1-1 as the original i printed this in bambu black carbon fibre fillament Measured one-to-one from the original clip to restore a loose rear center vent. Made this for a friend because his original case had a crack. The hole is wider then the stock one because we had to use another aux jack. Feel free to remix it because my version is not perfect. For clipping it in you have to use the original metal clips which fits in the sides of the model. Forgot to make a picture of the 3d Printed model. Designed for a replacement auxiliary jack with a wider opening; reuse the original side metal clips. The creator notes this revision is not cosmetically perfect. I edited the clip for E90 made by mrhaze222 so that it would fit in E60 console cover. it should be tight enough to twist it in the hole and strong enough to handle the metal rod,it may get loose a bit if you're planning on taking the cover often so if you want it to hold on longer and be tighter/stronger then you might aswell use the ABS filament but PLA should be enough. It perfectly fits in BMW E60 2003 so it should fit aswell in other models Remixed specifically for the E60 console cover; creator describes the rotational fit and spring-rod retention.
