Replacement for BMW OEM part 51478230749 (Support for Tension Strap). Used to secure the trunk floor panel in BMW E39 E36 models. Printing recommendation: For maximum strength, print the part at a 45° angle using supports. This print orientation improves layer adhesion in the areas subjected to the highest load, resulting in a stronger and more durable part. BMW catalog lists support 51478230749 from 1996-09 and records bilateral interchangeability with superseded 51478197822; retain the creator-listed E36/E39 fitment. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. Replacement black blanking cover for an unused dashboard switch opening on BMW E32, E34, E36 and Z3. The source gives interchange number 51161963979, which BMWFans confirms as black cover 1963979 produced from April 1987; the alternate 51161963987 could not be catalog-confirmed and is intentionally omitted. Check color, opening and switch-bank configuration.

Two-piece repair bushing for the riveted rear window-regulator slider used on BMW E32, E34 and E36. The creator built it for a personal repair so the original rivet can remain in place, and retained the two halves with friction plus an O-ring. Adjustable clutch-pedal stop body for manual-transmission BMW E28 and other listed classic BMW chassis. Assembly requires an M10 screw, two M10 nuts, a 40 mm washer and a genuine-style rubber cap. Adjust only far enough to remove excess pedal travel while preserving complete clutch disengagement, then lock the nuts securely and re-check operation before driving.

I used it for my BMW E46 and it is very sturdy. You can use a 32mm Hex Nut or a 1/2" square wrench to open the oil filter cap. The Tool on the picture was an earlier smaller version but it broke. Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.
