Clip-on cargo hook for the rear load-area rail, physically shown installed and documented by the creator as used reliably for more than a year. The creator directly lists X3 E83, 3 Series E46, X5 E53 and 5 Series E39 compatibility, so all four live generations are linked. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a BMW service part. Print in PETG as documented, observe sensible load limits, and confirm it cannot obstruct the rear seat or cargo cover.

Service wrench for the notched BMW fuel-tank screw cap used on E46, E60/E61, E63/E64, E65–E68, E83 and E53 vehicles. The creator tested the same interface on an R53 MINI and identified BMW screw cap 16116762417; BMW catalog cross-reference independently confirms that cap across the listed BMW chassis. The printed wrench is not the screw cap itself, so no OEM number is assigned. Use a stiff engineering polymer, hand tools only, and replace rather than reuse any visibly damaged print.

Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. Battery-retaining spacer reproduced from BMW component 61211350825 for E30, E34, E39 and E46. BMWFans identifies it as spacer 1350825 and confirms those chassis among broader BMW usage. Match battery size, tray slot and hold-down engagement, and do not use it to compensate for an incorrect battery or damaged clamp.

Adjustable clutch-pedal stop body for manual-transmission BMW E28 and other listed classic BMW chassis. Assembly requires an M10 screw, two M10 nuts, a 40 mm washer and a genuine-style rubber cap. Adjust only far enough to remove excess pedal travel while preserving complete clutch disengagement, then lock the nuts securely and re-check operation before driving.

The original plugs in the drain/vent of the e46 are cracking or missing, print a new one! Print it in TPU and install in the car. May be compatible with other cars of the brand but i didn't have others to try. Verify secure retention, weather sealing and legal lamp operation before driving.

Got tired of the Velcro pads failing constantly, forcing me to adjust the floor mats every damn time I got in the car. This is my solution. Printing: Small part, so go 100% infill @ .2 or smaller Button face down Organic supports on crossmember PETG pref Install: Remove existing Velcro pads. Align floor mats. Eyeball orientation and location of vertical slot through carpet. Large swiss army knife blade is more or less perfect height. Cut a vertical slit through the carpet into corresponding chassis slot. Pass clip through carpet, into retention slot, and use a nickle/quarter to lock the clip into place. vroom vroom. This is a custom USB holder designed to replace the button blanking strip on a BMW E46 dashboard – the one next to the ASC/DSC button. I included all of my files, with the following features: .stl with the holder cutouts intended for my own use, Hörmann Garage Door Opener, a ISO/IEC 7810 ID1 cutout and a generic one to use the remaining space .step without cutouts for your own modifications .f3d so you can look at my bad modelling skills and also make your own modifications I would recommend to print this in ABS, PETG may be fine but PLA will 100% shrink if your car heats up. E46 4" Speaker Adapter for Coupe/M3 This adapter screws directly into the original speaker pod. The threads are slightly loose, allowing space for Teflon tape. I applied Teflon tape to ensure a secure fit and prevent the speaker from vibrating loose over time. The speaker is fastened with M4 screws, with a little dab of loctite on them. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

Replacement ashtray insert with space for a switch that disconnects the E46 always-live cigarette-lighter outlet. The creator documents the physical insert, wiring and installed switch. We did 6 different version to get it in the angle that it faces the driver. We had a tight fit so it did not need any mounting to the dash, but maybe some glue or other adhesive wouldn't hurt.
