Very basic blanking plate for the E39 BMW 5 Series rear cup holder. The rear cup holder in my E39 BMW has never closed properly and never clipped in properly and EVERY time someone sits in the rear seat it gets kicked. Odd design by BMW as the cup holder keeps the rear air vents in place so when the cup holder falls out so does the air vent. Printed in blue for prototyping! Second design with holes for 2 USB chargers or cigarette lighter sockets. I used the ones with rubber covers from banggood. The clips are very crude. They need a better design as this panel does not like being removed. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

The dashboard panel around the start button in my e92 began falling off due to a failed clip. I left it like this for quite awhile then the passenger door wood panel also fell off so I decided to design both clips to replace the broken ones as they cost more money than im willing to pay for original and aem ones dont last one use. I printed them with support on their sides so the opening is going up and down as this doesnt rely on layer adhesion for strength. E46 4" Speaker Adapter for Coupe/M3 This adapter screws directly into the original speaker pod. The threads are slightly loose, allowing space for Teflon tape. I applied Teflon tape to ensure a secure fit and prevent the speaker from vibrating loose over time. The speaker is fastened with M4 screws, with a little dab of loctite on them. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.
