Here I leave the headlight cover, located on the mudguard of the front wheel, is a piece very easy to lose and so I leave here the model to be able to print the fleeces own covers. Mine is already 1 month and I have not lost it or left, my BMW is an E91, but I think it serves in all E90 series. I leave the files in solidworks if they want to improve. Good impressions !! This tool perfectly aligns the clutch friction plate for a BMW E90 325i with dual mass flywheel and self adjusting clutch. On the gearbox side of the tool there is a 7.1mm dia hole so that it can be tapped to M8. I recommend printing in PLA with 100% infill. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

I broke my bonnet release for my e92 so printed a new one with the BMW logo in it. It is considerably stronger if printed in PETG and it a perfect fit Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention and adjacent-panel clearance.

The BMW E92 has under-seat air-con vents which are prone to getting small objects kicked down them by rear seat passengers. Worse, there a small gap between them through which coins and the like can end up under the carpet where they then rattle annoyingly. Getting them out is a real pain an requires the seat, and possibly the speaker under it, to be removed. These simple grills clip over the vents preventing small objects going where they shouldn't. The original plugs in the drain/vent of the e46 are cracking or missing, print a new one! Print it in TPU and install in the car. May be compatible with other cars of the brand but i didn't have others to try. Verify secure retention, weather sealing and legal lamp operation before driving.

Got tired of the Velcro pads failing constantly, forcing me to adjust the floor mats every damn time I got in the car. This is my solution. Printing: Small part, so go 100% infill @ .2 or smaller Button face down Organic supports on crossmember PETG pref Install: Remove existing Velcro pads. Align floor mats. Eyeball orientation and location of vertical slot through carpet. Large swiss army knife blade is more or less perfect height. Cut a vertical slit through the carpet into corresponding chassis slot. Pass clip through carpet, into retention slot, and use a nickle/quarter to lock the clip into place. vroom vroom. E46 4" Speaker Adapter for Coupe/M3 This adapter screws directly into the original speaker pod. The threads are slightly loose, allowing space for Teflon tape. I applied Teflon tape to ensure a secure fit and prevent the speaker from vibrating loose over time. The speaker is fastened with M4 screws, with a little dab of loctite on them. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

We did 6 different version to get it in the angle that it faces the driver. We had a tight fit so it did not need any mounting to the dash, but maybe some glue or other adhesive wouldn't hurt.
